As of yesterday (Aug 28), there had been at least 1,067 killings by unidentified people and over 712 killings by police since July 1 na paiimbestigahan daw ni Bato sa PULIS, o hah!
If this DISORDER in the gov't remains unchecked, then there is another aphorism (TALINGHAGA) it would confirm, that of Marquis of Halifax (1633 - 1695) who said that - 'It is in DISORDERLY GOV'T as in a river that the lightest thing SWIM AT THE TOP."
Eh pa'no nga kase, ang PDigz gov't is composed mostly of LIGHTWEIGHTS indeed and they are scandalously at the top, TANGINANIU!!!
