This is a nonsense advocy of Management Association of the Philippines or MAP giving Duterte emergency power to resolve traffic in Metro Manila is nothing but a sign of anarchy and chaos. Who is this MAP? Never heard of this organization ever since and only surfaced when Duterte was elected president. Emergency power of removing all vehicles in Metro Manila and restraining Metro Manila commuters from travelling or order policemen to kill all violating his directives? What a pathetic insinuation from MAP. This MAP existence should be investigated and if the purpose is anarchy then should be shot by Duterte!
