Tinatayang P13-Billion ang halaga ng mga ari-ariang binawi mula sa mga homeowners na hindi nakapaghuhulog ng kanilang montrhly amortization sa National Home Mortgage Finance Corp ang isinubasta ng Balikatan.

Ito rin ang Balikatan, isang private entity, ang sabay na isinailalim noon sa imbestigasyon ng House of Representatives at ng Senate, ngunit sabay ding natigil ang hearing nila at wala ring inilabas na resolution o resulta ang magkabilang panig sa isinagawa nilang imbestigasyon.
