LAND GRABBING SYNDICATE(S), KAKUTSABA ANG HUDCC, LRA, NHMFC, RTC?

The Senate and the House of Representatives conducted investigations to probe the legality of DB Global Opportunities a.k.a. Balikatan Housing & Finance, Inc. or BHFI or BFS. The hearings were, unfortunately, abruptly terminated without resolution.

There are 52,289 homeowner victims of land grabbing nationwide by the syndicate amounting to more than P13 Billion:

Original Loans were with the National Home Mortgage and Finance Corporation, a gov't owned and controlled corporation.
2. Joseph Peter Sison - Former NHMFC president, also, the then concurrent BHFI Director.

Disposition Strategy was COOKED UP by NHMFC with the blessings of:

4. Former Vice President and HUDCC head, Noli de Castro, and
5. Former NEDA Director-General Augusto Santos    

My property, with TCT No. -599677- was foreclosed and sold to the highest bidder, BALIKATAN, on July 22, 2010 without my knowledge.

Atty. Mogello should be charged administratively for refusing to register my adverse claim in violation of Section 70 of Presidential Decree No. 1529, otherwise, he should also be charged for SYNDICATED ESTAFA.
