52,289 HOMEOWNERS, VICTIMS OF LAND GRABBING

The Senate and the House of Representatives conducted investigations to probe the legality of BALIKATAN. The hearings were, unfortunately, abruptly terminated without resolution.

52,289 victims of land grabbing nationwide amounting to more than P13 billion by the syndicate:

My property, with TCT No. -599677- was foreclosed and sold to the highest bidder, BALIKATAN, on July 22, 2010 without my knowledge.

Note: Atty. Jun Mogello should be charged administratively for refusing to register subject TCT No -599677- and TCT No. -595161- in violation under Section 70 of Presidential Decree (PD) 1529 (Adverse Claim) with the Register of Deeds-Binangonan.
