DISPOSITION STRATEGY ON LOW COST HOUSING BY LAND GRABBERS

Bilang isa sa 52,289 biktima ng land grabbing syndicate amounting to more than P13 Billion nationwide ng DB Global Opportunities, a.k.a. Balikatan Housing Finance, Inc., (BHFI) or Bahay-Financial Services (BFH), ay nagpasya akong idulog ng personal sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang aking kaso for investigation noong December 11, 2012.

Batay sa column ni Ms. Yoly Villanueva-Ong of the The Philippine Star issue dated October 2, 2012 entitled, The Million Peso Low-Cost House, ay tinalakay niya ang modus-operandi ng BHFI, kakutsaba umano si former NEDA Director-General Augusto Santos, former National Home Mortgage Finance Corp (NHMFC) President and also the then concurrent BHFI Director, Joseph Peter Sison, re: DISPOSITION STRATEGY ng DB Global Opportunities, et.al.

Ayon kay Ms. Yoly Ong - "Drowning with 52,289 high-delinquency mortgage loans, a disposition strategy was cooked up by the NHMFC with the blessings of former NEDA Director-General Augusto Santos, former President Gloria Arroyo and former VP and HUDCC head, Noli de Castro." (Italics mine)

Naranasan din ng aking pamilya ang matinding harassment batay nga sa disposition strategy ng BHFI mula pa noong 2010, makalipas na maisubasta ng sindikato ang aking property ng hindi ko nalalaman, ayon sa sumusunod na kaganapan.
