ANNOTATION OF ADVERSE CLAIM ON THE TITLE

ANA: "Walang ipinag-iba ang kasong ito ng ADVERSE CLAIM vs Quezon ex-Gov Rodriguez sa kasong under investigation ng NBI vs Balikatan a.k.a. BFS na isinampa ni Sir Leo, porke INAAGAW na pilit ng BFS ang tatlong properties ni Sir Leo, samantalang merong application for registration ang 3 properties na'to at meron nang ANNOTATION ng Register of Deeds sa likod ng titulo (en consulta) for adverse claim in accordance with Section 70 of Presidential Decree No. 1529. Ano ba 'yung Section 70 ng PD 1529, alam mo?"

LISA: "Heto ang sinasabi ng Sec 70, PD 1529: (Whoever claims any part or interest in registered lands adverse to registered owner, arising subsequent to the date of original registration, may, if no other provision is made in this decree for registering the same, make statement in writing setting forth fully his alleged right or interest, and how and under whom acquired, a reference to the number of certificate of title of the registered owner, the name of registered owner, and a description of the land in which the right of interest is claimed.)"

CION: "Korek ka r'yan 'day. 'Yung kaso ni ex-Gov Rodriguez eh Lis Pendens (civil), pero 'yung kasong isinampa ni Sir Leo vs Balikatan a.k.a. BFS eh SYNDICATED ESTAFA porke kasama rito ang National Home Mortgage and Finance Corp (NHMFC), isang gov't owned and controlled corp (GOCC), sa kanilang modus-operandi na DISPOSSESSION and double-selling P13 Billion worth of properties of 52,000-plus homeowners nationwide porke 'di raw nagbabayad ng kanilang monthly amortization! Susmaryopes, todo-todong BINASTOS ng BFS at NHMFC ang Torrens System, o, 'di ba?"
